Along with clean eating try fasted cardio. An example of fasted cardio would be doing exercises that get your heart rate up right when you wake up on an empty stomach. This is a great way to trick you body into burning fat.

Also try doing high intensity cardio. One of my favorite cardio workouts is to walk for a minute, jog for a minute, and sprint for 20 secs. I repeat this cycle 10 times. Remember to drink a lot of water!
