Once a high-school football player, Ramses Principe dreamed of becoming an NFL player. After graduating high school, he was on my way to realizing my goal when he obtained a scholarship to play at the University of the Cumberlands in Williamsburg, Kentucky. After two years, however, a shoulder injury forced Ramses to stop playing and to seek a new outlet for my love of sports and fitness.

Ramses returned to Miami and enrolled at Barry University where he earned his Bachelors degree in exercise physiology. As a personal trainer with over 5 years of experience, his mission is to help people become healthier and more fit and also to prevent them from developing injuries that could impair their ability to carry out their daily activities.
