It may make it smell funny, but asparagus will ensure you pee out any excess water your body has been retaining. It is high in potassium, so it will counteract any salty meals or snacks you splurged on earlier in the day. Try grilling them with some olive oil and seasoning for a delicious side dish.

  1. Cucumbers
